How It Works
We offer two distinct referral pathways—designed to reward both private individuals and corporate partners for successful introductions.

1. INDIVIDUAL REFERRALS
For private individuals, professionals, or anyone who can introduce us to a company looking to hire top-tier AI, data, or software engineers.

Introduce us to a new company contact who needs to hire AI, data, or software engineering talent.

If the introduction leads to a signed recruitment agreement, a successful placement, and cleared payment to us, you receive a cash reward of £500 to £1,000 per placement.

2. Business & Consultancy Partner Revenue Share

VC or Private Equity
Portfolio Advisor
If a VC partner, fund principal, or portfolio advisor referred one of their investments—a company scaling an AI-enabled product or platform—we could support their hiring across engineering, data, or executive leadership.
If a formal agreement were signed and successful placements made, the referrer could earn a revenue share on each fee-paying role.


INDUSTRY CLIENT
Introduce us to a firm planning to build an internal AI technology lab. We can help place key hires such as a Head of AI or multiple data, ML and tech specialists.
If a recruitment agreement is signed and roles are filled, the introducer would receive a significant $1000 fee or for businesses, a revenue share, of up to 5-30% depending on exclusivity and volume.

CONSULTANCY PARTNER:
TEAM GROWTH
Introduce us to a tech consultancy supporting a client with a large-scale AI transformation project. We would support the recruitment of senior data or software engineers to deliver the work on both sides.
If placements are made and fees paid, the consultancy would receive up to 5-30% of the net revenue from those successful hires, scaled % based on volume of vacancies or revenue.
Participation in the Aventis Solutions Refer a Company scheme is subject to these Terms & Conditions. Referral fees are only payable after the client company signs a recruitment agreement, a successful placement is made, and payment is received in full. Participants are responsible for ensuring local legal compliance.
